The project for the Furniture Design I class was a contest entitled “Kids Want to PLY.” The plywood company [Company Name] from [Location] requested a piece of furniture for children aged 6-12, using only plywood. The requirements were that the furniture should be display and storage-friendly, easy to assemble, simple, and timeless. Drawing inspiration from flags and how they move with changes in airflow over time, I created a piece of furniture called “Flags.” By using only 10 different pieces, I aimed to make the design unique, simple, and timeless.
